Headaches

So for three days in a row I had some kind of moderate to severe headache.  Not sure if it is the new medicine, the problem I am dealing with now or the complete lack of caffeine.  So I stopped the meds and added a bit of caffeine to see if it helps.  I am still at the wall and hoping that I can continue to make this a lifestyle change.  I want to be better overall!  Hoping for a headache free day.
