The Chair


This is my new desk chair.  I have been using it for about a month now.  I tried just an excercise ball before but balancing on it caused me to knock my head on the wall once so I gave that up.  I had seen these before but they were a little too pricy.  Found this one on sale so I brought it to work.  As you can see it has wheels and some back support.  I can tell you that after a month I have better posture, stronger thighs and improved knees.  Most people have not even noticed it because it moves around with me.  Occassionally I do some yoga moves on it.  Also, it is fun to bounce on sometimes!  

You can always use a little fun at work!  Try one out sometime.
